OK, big update. I spent a truly embarrassing amount of money bringing the car to a European car specialist near me. All four shocks and springs were replaced. The shocks are all Bilstein. And a 4 wheel alignment (again). He spent extra time trying to fix the unevenness (lower on the rear right), using factory specified shims. The car is obviously the right height in the rear now, but the gap between the top of the rear tire and the highest point of the wheel well is still 3/4 smaller on the right! And a little lean is noticeable standing behind the car. Ugh! I'll call him later, but what the hell?

Hi,

Are the Front's even now ??

Have you replaced the lower Trunnion Bush on the Right Rear Hub Carrier ??

Bent main Lower Arm, or wrong main Lower Arm, if its that it could be either side that's bent or incorrect, could also be a problem where the Spring Rubber Seat fits up on the Chassis, especially if the car has had a wallop up the Rear End ??

Other than that  .com
