9023 - SRS light on. Took the battery out to clean and charge. Worked on coils, plugs, AC charge.
Fired it up - SRS light stays on now. New development. I was working on the left wheel speed sensor wire replacement if there is a correlation.

"Component or signal line to the component B48 (front passenger seat occupied child seat condition) has a short circuit to ground."

B48??

SRS fuses check out ok in the engine bay. Wasn't working on the SRS system. Just a left wheel speed sensor cable replacement. Later found out that on the engine side of the connector, somebody snipped the wires both off right at the connector. Impossible to see, impossible to get to from top. Need to pull the wheel again, and try to follow where those wires

go.

You are looking in the wrong place.

Look under the passenger seat. You should be looking for a yellow or orange connector, those will be for the seat mat sensor. Unplug and start car and read codes. Turn off, plug back in, turn ignition on and clear codes and reread.

It actually resolved itself - on its own. I just took the battery out to charge it and clean up the box.

Did I mention how much i enjoy working with computers? (40-45+ years)

Now I have that ABS missing wire on left front. Rats most likely chewed it up. Any idea where it connects to?

No loose wires around that seem to be candidates. No easy splice. Need mini-me to work in that space.
