I am thinking about mounting some LED DRL on the front lower grill. Can it be removed without taking the whole front apart?

I think I saw something about differences between AMG/sport pack bumpers and standard ones a while back. My recollection of the gist of it was with AMG bumpers most of the inserts are easily removable but not so on the standard bumpers (glued on?)

Have a search on here for bumper/fog light replacement and/or upgrades.

Cheers,
Brian

Way to late for the OP, but in case anyone comes across this at a later date: the lower center grill on a non-AMG, non-facelift R171 can be removed. However, the clips are on the back, so the bumper has to come off first. From the back, use a screwdriver to un-clip the clips.
