LED indicator bulbs

I'm searching for led indicator bulbs for my SLK R171 (front and rear).

I've searched the forum and I've seen someone mention Cree indicator bulbs. Where can I find them? Is it only a bulb (with build in resistor) or does it come with an extra resistor assembly?

- LED
- Amber/Yellow color
- Build in resistor (error-free canbus)

e-bay for example has a lot of choices, but which are the better ones?

Cree LED indicator bulbs - eBay. Cheap as chips and still working after 7 months. I do have some spares, in case.

These reversing LEDs are excellent - properly bright and no heat problems. Also great with the SmartTop rear courtesy light function: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2x-15smd-...item285d57f352

These sidelight LEDs keep failing but are cheap enough to have spares: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FRONT-PAR...item1e8cfb97aa

The indicators have been fine for 7 months and still going strong. It's a German car and therefore indicators are optional anyway(!): https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/44-Led-Ca...item1ea3fa6bd4

Disclaimer - these have worked for me and I think the links are correct!

Thank you for the information. I will order them and try them! Do they differ from the lamps in the side mirrors? In color and rythm?

I think it's fair to say an LED replacement will never look quite the same as the purpose-built/designed lamp; however I like the crispness of the flash. Yes, they flash at the same time/rhythm as far as I can see.
