Talking Maps of Past Drives


For those into visuals...attached is a map of the drives the Northern California SLK Enthusiast have done over the last years, with a second one more close up to the bay area...

Lots of great roads...

Yep, No Cal folks have the best roads But the So Cal folks have the fast roads....

Any advice for my route from San Fran Airport to Montery? I'll have a Hertz Corvette ZHZ to drive the coast on my way to the AMG SLS event at Leguna Seca.

A quick suggestion with directions from a GPS
1. Hertz-San Francisco International 0 ft 0:00:00 \
2. Get on N McDonnell Rd and drive northwest 4 ft 4 ft
3. Turn right towards I-280/I-380/US-101/San Bruno Ave/San Francisco/San Jose 410 ft 406 ft
4. Keep right towards I-280/I-380 W/US-101 S/Long Term Parking/San Bruno/San Jose 0.3 mi 0.2 mi
5. Turn left towards Freeway 0.4 mi 521 ft
6. Take the I-380 W/US-101 N ramp to the left 0.8 mi 0.5 mi
7. Take the I-380 W ramp to the left towards I-280/San Bruno 0.9 mi 209 ft
8. Take the I-280 S ramp to the left towards San Jose 2.5 mi 1.7 mi
9. Take the Ca-35 ramp to the right towards Ca-92 W/Bunker Hill Dr/Half Moon Bay 11.2 mi 8.6 mi
10. Turn left onto Skyline Blvd 11.4 mi 0.2 mi
11. Turn right onto Hwy 92 12.4 mi 1.1 mi
12. Turn left onto Cabrillo Hwy S 19.6 mi 7.1 mi
13. Half Moon bay 21.0 mi 1.5 mi
14. Turn left onto Hwy 1 S 68.1 mi 47.1 mi
15. Keep right onto Ca-1 S towards Monterey/Watsonville 69.1 mi 1.0 mi
16. Take the Ca-68 E ramp to the right towards Salinas 109 mi 39.9 mi
17. Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca 116 mi 7.2 mi

Good coast drive...

Would love more info on the SLS event there...
