Wheel size help

Can I fit a mag wheel from an s class it is 18x8.5 44 et
Will these fit on my 2007 slk 280 if so what size tires would work

In this period Mercedes used both 12mm studs (most before 2010) and 14mm studs (later). Make sure they are the right ones.

You will also need 10mm spacers for the rear and 12 for the front as the offset is way off, make sure to get hubcentric ones. Easiest fitment is 225/40/18 fronts and 255/35/18 rears.
