Calipers - Swap out?

Does anyone know or done a replacement of the SLC 300 calipers with the SLC 43 version. Is it a straight swap and install? If not what prevents it. What third party solution is there and is there any photos?
Thanks in advance...

The calipers should fit if the two cars share the same knuckles or at least the caliper mounting holes are the same. I recently fitted SLC43 calipers (front and rear) to my 2012 SLK55 without any problems despite the steering knuckles being different part numbers.

Obviously you will also have to fit the corresponding discs too!

And I recently fitted 55 AMG front calipers /discs etc to my 350, go on realoem and check all the part numbers of front axle for both cars, that should tell you if they will fit or not.
