Wheels for 1999 Slk

1999 Slk 230. looking to start purchasing some new parts for my car and recently came across some nice black rims off a 2011 gl450. same bolt pattern and offset, any comments on fitment and looks?

car will be painted black or flat black. heres the wheels. they will have a different center cap as well

paint is meh so it will be painted black or flat black whenever i decide on the wheels

The offset for the 230 is 37 and the offset for gl450 is 56. Big difference

this is why I come to the experts...i found a source online that showed the same and the local tire shop said they would be fine. not a good idea?
