Seeing how you're in Framingham, Rt. 9, 30 and the Pike will eat them up with all the stop and go. Living in the country or doing a lot of interstate driving will make them last a lot longer. My point is, it's not a simple answer. It all depends on driving style, location and are you talking about factory parts or a/m replacements? I don't think you'll get anywhere near an accurate answer.

As others already said, almost impossible to give an accurate figure.
But to give you a very, very, very rough idea:

Officially MB lists the wear factor as 1 mm/4000 km for the fronts and 1 mm/6000 km for the rears.
Brake pad lining for new OEM pads is (with pad backing plate) 20 mm for fixed calipers and 17.3 mm for floating calipers. Documentation doesn't list the thickness of the backing plate but lets estimate that at some 5 mm. Supposing you don't want to wear them out until iron touches iron I'd say you got some 11-13 mm to wear out. So that would be be some 48000 km for fronts and 72000 km for rears. Or 30000 and 45000 mi. Hypothetical.

My 2010 R171/350 with the 4 pot "Sports" brakes up front lasted 49,000 miles on the original MB pads, before being flagged up as "low" on our yearly MOT Test.... (Which is surprising they lasted this long, considering the number of times I had to wash the front wheels due to brake dust... )
But most of these where quality SLK miles in the "country side" and being an "Advanced Driver" I anticipated a junction by lifting off the gas pedal sooner, rather than breaking hard just before a junction...

Though the larger front disc's where lipped & may need to be replaced before the 2nd set of MB pads expired....
