Alloy wheel help. 18s to 19s

Hi all,

I have been thinking about having my alloys refurbished, but I haven't discounted a new set of 19s. The car is 55 r171, and it has been lowered on standard 18s. Pics attached.

I'm trying to understand if they will cause me grief.

On the fronts if I go for 7.5j to 8.5j, will these stick out from the existing or rub on the calipers?

On the rears should I stick to 8.5js, rather than 9.5js due to rubbing? Will this throw the dynamics of the car out not being staggered any longer?

These are the wheels I am considering....

In terms of the offset, what do I have to consider to clear all the arches etc?

Cheers chaps.
