I'm getting my alloys refurbished at some point, due to a few marks from the previous owner. They aren't too bad. I'm considering getting them done in gun metal grey, I was thinking black but like the idea of gun metal grey. I can't find any pictures of a silver slk with this done. Anyone on here done this?

Cheers.

Cool Wheels

Phil,
Mine are Gun Metal and Silver (Diamond Cut?) Spokes.
The cost was around Ł280 done by the previous owner.

@davest4s has a silver 55 and had his split rims done with a grey centre and silver lip which looks great.

If you decide to go diamond cut a friend at work has used these guys and speaks very highly of them!

Mine are the later, facelifted AMG V's - gunmetal and diamond cut ... and on a silver (well, cubanite!!) car...

You could get your wheels painted then diamond cut, followed by clear coat / laquer.

Yep - they came as a set (with tyres) from a forum member.

I was in exactly the same boat you're in - time to refurb the wheels - and these came up at the right price so it was a no brainer to swap them over ...

Cheers
Sean
