Question Tire Bead Sealant Removal

Does anyone know how to get dried latex tire bead sealant off the face of brushed aluminum rims? I've tried all types of solvents to now avail. Also tried a weak paint stripper....nada!

The face, huh? I know fine grit sand paper sands it off pretty easy. I doubt that helps you get it off the face of the wheel unless your doing a refurb though.

Goo Be Gone?

Do you have one of those little steam cleaners??

Is there a lot of it - sometimes you can just rub/roll it off...

The joys of new tires!
