Wheel stowage.

In the event of a puncture and having to use the(Nasty)space saver spare wheel----How're you supposed to carry the punctured one?I've only measured the wheel, but it seems too big to fit in the boot.Any clues? Blue Skies,KC.

had a puncture a few months back with my Darling wife with me,

No chance of me leaving her on the road side (unfortunately )

nothing in the boot, very lucky, so i placed the wheel in vertically into the spare wheel well, didn't check to see if the boot separator would come down but the boot closed with no problem, 16 inch rim with tire

Some room around the tire should i had anything to put back in the boot,

Cheers
