Probably not…the offsets are incorrect and the rim size is also wrong. My R171 has 18" rims - front 7.5J x 18H2 with an offset of 37mm, rear - 8.5J x 18H2, offset 30mm. I am having trouble finding wheels I like with these settings, I had the same trouble when I had my CLK, after market will tell you wheels will fit but the don't as they tend to use a spacer and I found that the car handled differently. I guess you could find an aftermarket dealer that might make them, over here Mercedes don't have much in the way of OEM wheels that look good and I found that between models the offsets are different so I am finding my options are somewhat limited. I just might have my OEM wheels re finished in the colour I want. But I am sure there are some members here that can point you in the right direction.

You can check mine as reference:

Fronts: 8,5J ET35
Rears: 9,5J ET35

Fits without any problems.
Even with air suspension.

I don't think they will fit!

I have tried to install an 18" x 8,5" ET 35 Whells and they leaned on the front bumper.

I think that on R171 to install 8,5" whells you will need at least ET30.
As an option, you can choose to install wheel spacers
