Can CLK63 BS wheels be made to fit?

I'm trying to get to the bottom of this and understand it, once and for all. Unfortunately I know nothing about wheel fitments. I've been told that they don't fit the SLK. Why do they not fit and what can be done to make them fit?

Bolt Pattern: 5x112
Front Wheel: 19x9 ET21 (part# 2094015602); 24lbs?
Front Tire: 265/30R19
Rear Wheel: 19x9.5 ET31 (part# 2094015502); 28lbs?
Rear Tire: 285/30R19

From here :
http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/inf.../mercedes-benz

The rim sizes should be : 19 x 8.5 ET 30 front and 19 x 9.5 ET 35 rear for Brabus rims ( 8.5 ET 28 & 10 ET 35 Carlsson )

Looking at the equivalents here :
http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator
The difference at the front would be , 3mm more inner clearance and 15mm more towards the outside ( 1mm more inside , 13mm more outside for Carlsson ) .
The difference at the rear would be , 4mm more inner clearence and 4mm more towards the outside ( 8mm more inside , 4mm less outside for Carlsson ) .

These results are for 225/235 fronts and 255/265 rears , so your tyre sizes would change the results slightly making the ouside measurements even greater and possibly rubbing on the inside ...

If the results were negative for the inner measurements , you could use spacers , but being positive you can't really do anything ...

19"x9" wheels in the front with 265 tires might be stretching what is possible in the wheel-well.

For the tyre sizes 265 & 285 :

If the figures I've put are right the fronts would be 12-17mm closer to the struts.

And the rear 6-11mm further in ...

So the problem with the front wheel fitment-does it mean it's too close to the struts and already sticking out past the fender?
