Really Buff Kangaroo Moves Into Brisbane Suburb, Flaunts Bulging Muscles

An unusually buff kangaroo has made a suburb of Brisbane, Australia, his new home, and he's reportedly been intimidating and astounding his human neighbors with his massive muscles.

Seven News Brisbane says the muscly marsupial has been spotted hanging out at the golf course in North Lakes, Queensland, among other areas. A resident named Linda Hellyer said she recently bumped into the brawny animal while walking her dogs.

"He's very intimidating, he's a big boy," Hellyer told the news outlet. "We turned the corner and old mate jumped out. He's very big and I don't want to take him on. He's got massive, massive muscles, big pecs and everything."

The burly 'roo is said to be 6-foot-5 and is estimated to weigh almost 210 pounds.

He also has a distinctive tear in his left ear. It's unclear, however, just how he got this tear. (We have some ideas though.)

According to Reuters, smaller kangaroos are "a regular sight" in the Brisbane suburb, but "such a large animal ... is unusual."

Kangaroos are generally non-aggressive creatures, but as with most wild animals, be cautious if you ever encounter one.

"If you enter an area where kangaroos or wallabies live, give them as much space as possible," advises Queensland's Department of Environment and Heritage Protection. "If you see one, stay away from it and watch how it behaves. If it moves toward you, or shows signs of being aggressive, move away. Don't act aggressively towards the kangaroo or wallaby, as this will simply reinforce the idea that you are a threat."

Roger The Kangaroo Is Back And He’s Showing Off His g uns Again

Roger the buff Kangaroo is back - and it looks like he has been working out.

The muscly marsupial bounced to fame last year when he was discovered at a kangaroo sanctuary in Alice Springs, a remote town in Australia’s Northern Territory.

The seven-foot tall beast, who weighs some 200 pounds, was shown flexing his considerable muscles and crushing metal buckets with his bare paws.

He also has a fearsome stare.

Roger, unsurprisingly, was dubbed “Kangaroo Dundee”.

And now he has emerged from his summer break.

On Friday, sanctuary keeper at Christopher Barns posted a picture of a buffed-up Roger on Instagram:

“After a summer break we reopened this week for our guided sunset tours. Here is Roger enjoying the attention of our visitors,” wrote Barns.

Roger, a red kangaroo, is the main attraction at the sanctuary.

Red Kangaroos are the largest of all kangaroos and Roger is bigger than most.

They can be aggressive and cover around 30 feet in distance with just one leap from their powerful legs.

Roger though did not seem destined to be an all-powerful animal.

He was discovered by the sanctuary when he was a tiny baby joey after his mother was killed on a highway.

He is now thought to be around 10-years-old.

I'd like to see them try refilming Skippy with him on the set.

Try some of the tricks to film him doing what you want and you might land in Japan from his kick.

Have Easyjet or Virgin tried to hire him yet?
