I upgraded the Maps in mine today.

I ordered the SD card from www.satnavishop.co.uk which took two days to arrive.
Cost £109.99 or £99.99 if you want to download and use your own SD card.

They provided the activation code for me via email when I upgraded after I sent them a photo of my VIN code.

MERCEDES NTG4.5 AND NTG4.7 SAT NAV MAP NAVIGATION UPDATE EUROPE 2022-2023

I haven’t driven anywhere with the new maps yet, but a quick scan of the local area has picked up a new housing estate that wasn’t there previously so it looks promising.

Apologies to all my soulmates here, but i have been having a few "meh" months recently, and haven' visited or posted much. I had cause to replace the MAF ( lousy Delphi unit put on last time only did 2 years and 8,000 miles.) I scored a pukka Bosch new on ebay for £65, invested 30 mins changing it, and woo hoo, the 14.5mile mpg that alerted me to failure has been banished, Did a 500 miler this week, to Scotland and back, 36 and loose change mpg. Not feeling as " meh" now.😎

In the current drought, there's no way I'd be washing my car! I took it to the car wash on 20th June and it also had a complimentary wash on 29th July when it had a main dealer 'B' service. But it's been in my garage for most of the last couple of months anyway.

I have a week's touring coming up - about 600 miles. But if there's no rain next week, the car won't be getting a wash any time soon!

17th anniversary of its time with me on 14th Aug and about 85000 miles - and it's still as great as it ever was!!

I'm up in Yorkshire so we are not in the same situation as those of you on the south coast. Hoping for some serious rain for you in the next few weeks..
Hope all goes well for the 600 miles!

Having a lovely morning drive to the fry up meet near the Humber bridge. Roof down since setting off. 18c at 8am. Really enjoying taking some new back roads at a slower pace.
