I'm hoping there's a kit I can get to replace all the orings and seals in the vario roof. The pump on mine is bone dry and before I go putting fluid in and finding a leak in my headliner I wanted to just replace all the seals.

Do you know which cylinder is leaking?

I do not. I know my hydraulic pump is dry and before I start loading fluid into it I wanted to replace all the o-rings and seals.

I would only repair/replace the leaking cylinders if I were in your shoes. Plus, it's near impossible to replace the seals in the two boot-lid cylinders.

Remove your headliner and inspect the latch cylinder; and look in your trunk for tell-tale traces where fluid has run down from the two main cylinders. And finally - shove a paper towel tube and a flashlight through the "hairs" in the trunk (both sides) to see if any fluid is pooled behind the wheel wells. If you can't find any leakage, top up your reservoir, spread a tarp or blanket over the interior, then operate the roof a few times with the headliner out still - and then re-examine.
