Bought a used SLK but it is missing the front license plate mount that is required in California. I have seen the variety of options available on eBay, but I want OEM. Hoping to find someone that has one but doesn’t need it because their state does not require front plates and willing to sell at a reasonable price.

I didn't want to drill into the bumper. I used some toggle bolts, spacers and one of these (see photo) that I picked up at the local auto parts store. No damage, easy to remove. Might run you about $15 all told.
