The left side of my trunk lid (?) doesn't close as well as the right side,, meaning, the space between the lid and the body is bigger on the left side than the right, and sticks up a little higher than the right side.
Is there any way to adjust the lid so both sides are the same?

There are two adjustment nuts and bolts one left and one right. Do you only notice the discrepancy once it's closed? Or can you see a difference while it's moving?
Never looked at it when open,, so no, only when closed.

As I recall, if I push down on the left side with the bigger gap, it will go down to where it should be. Maybe the locking latch needs to be adjusted.
I checked out the link you gave Jeff but I don't think that's my problem.
I don't have any rattles.. It's just not closing as far as the right side. I think.
You will see it Saturday if I don't get it fixed before hand.
Thanks,
G

Looked at any and all screws, nuts, wedges, fittings, bumpers, and any thing else that could be adjusted to get the trunk lid lined up to no avail.
Even tried to adjust the locking latch, nope not that.
Might have to just live with it. :crying::crying::crying:
