I had a Longlife exhaust fitted to my JDM Honda Integra XSi some years ago and was very impressed with it.

I'm not hoping for any performance gains, despite where I posted this, I just want to know whether it will be worthwhile as replacement for original when that rusts away. Perhaps one of the moderators could move it to General Modifications R170 for me?

Any UK SLKers used this company? Opinions?

On the R171s, the original is SS so should last a while - only downside is the hangers are mild steel, are even despite their thickness (about 10mm dia rod ) are prone to rusting away. Not sure about R170s - I sold mine when it was less than a year old, and never looked underneath :(

Of they are mild steel then they will rust regardless of their thickness. Dissimilar metals will cause corrosion, you need a rubber washer between the surfaces.
