I would like to share with you all my experience while I was trying to tune my slk 200 face lift automatic year 2001
All the modification I did were according to the ideas and the instructions from this forum plus some of my own ideas
I bought my slk 2 years ago with 110000 klm
1)Installation of LPG system (cost 900 Euros)
2)Installation of a used kompressor with a smaller pulley (cost 200 Euros)
3)installation of wide band sensor PLX (cost 250 Euros)
4)installation of boost gauge (cost 25 Euros)
5)installation of a bigger crank pulley (cost 250 Euros)
6)Installation of Pyrometer (cost 110 Euros)
7)installation of new intercooler (cost 180 Euros)
8)modification of the EGR valve to electrical (cost 35 Euros)
9)installation of a box to hack the MAP and the MAF signal (cost 110 euros)

All the above modifications had as result to have a max pressure of 0.92 Bar (13.3 PSI) at 6000 RPM and 13 PSI at 5850 RPM

I have some videos but I do not know how to up load them (if any one can help….)

I have spent many many hours trying and reading and I will be very happy to share with you what I’ve learned during my tuning process .

I also have an slk 200. Where are you taking your pressure reading from? Are you reading that directly after from the kompressor output?
