Second only to the black V12 on my Xmas list.... Nice, not too loud, not over-tyred, very desirable.
Yeah, I would love to get this done to my 350, wonder how much is it
which part? ecu tune n headers? about $3800 with down pipes and straight pipes (including labor)
Supercharged or turbocharged it
But seems like everything cost in the zip code digits for the all.
Can the Supercharged engine from a SLK 55 be dropped in to a 2005 SLK 55 ? I've got a 05 SLK 55 and would love to get the Supercharged engine in place of the NA engine.
Great upgrade. Could not take the video seriously when I saw they badged it as a Black Series though.

I get that it is hella fast and is aggressively styled but a black series this is not.

Do you mean the SL55 engine dropped in? There was a thread on mbworld where it was tried at least once, although I don't know if they ever got it working right. It's definitely not an easy swap.

Where are those wings from?
I've never seen that exact style before. They might be custom one-offs.
Hi All

Is it only me but do I smell a rat . 0-100km =4.9 that's the same is the standard n/a SLK55AMG , & the engine noises on the fly passed the noise was in front of the car & im not sure but the superchanger noise was abit iffy . I did love the bolt on rear diffuser fins >:D>:D>:D .
The front fenders mod was trying to be a SLR look alike .

From the Kleemann web page
This very special SLK represented yet another high-performance vehicle without comparison. Based on the then new 2005 SLK 55 AMG from Mercedes-Benz, Kleemann produced a power output of 596 Hp and 770 Nm (570 lb-ft) with a Kleemann Kompressor System and a Stage 8 engine upgrade. The Kleemann SLK 55K S8 had an electronic speed limit of 300 km/h (185 mph) accelerated to 100 km/h (62 mph) from a stand-still in just 3.7 seconds and did 0-200 km/h (124 mph) in a mere 12.3 seconds

Cheers

Andy
