So I've been spotting SLKs all around Somerset, but today I caught someone parking their R170, and carded them in the hand. (R reg SLK230 in silver)
It was also opportune to mention how useful the site was for curing problems; it so happened he had a problem with heating being active when not required.
So I showed him the dual heater valves, and I suspect his drive back up north will be less warm than his drive down.
Hopefully, he will join the forum, in which case, welcome!

BTW, for more info on the heater valves, check this thread

Hairdresser's car

I commute past a hairdresser's salon each day, which has an R171 parked outside, and I keep forgetting to get back to card it.
I'll get more details when I drop in later this week!

Last Wednesday, carded R170 on its drive

A colleague's neighbour has a silver R170; I got him to card it last Wednesday, when I dropped him off on the way back from the pub.

Carding by proxy!

Just around the corner

There is a blue early model SLK (hence 230) that I carded a week ago.
I need to drift by and talk to them, at some stage....

Nice Silver SLK230

Saw a very nice silver SLK230 going down my road today.
Managed to card it, in passing!

I'll get that wrist flick working, yet!

Blue R170 in South Petherton.
Silver R171 on Lysander Road.
Need to get closer for the wrist-flick to deliver the cards.
