We are selling because my other half has developed a painful hip which will not be operated on until 2020, so it will sit unused. I've bought her a high-seated Skoda Yeti.

It is a lovely, well looked-after car, at a fair price. We will not let go cheaply, sorry - its too good and will sit in the garage for 6 months if necessary.

Silver metallic with black leather
67,500m with FSH (9 stamps, 7 of which are Mercedes Benz - the last at 61k. Last service 66k)
Electric seats and steering wheel
Comand Sat Nav with 2018 maps
Mercedes Bluetooth 'puck' for hands-free via Comand
Airscarf headrests
Heated black leather seats
Mercedes genuine wind deflector (The £500 one)
Mercedes short aerial mast
Sport Paddles to go with the steering wheel (Great)
Fitted with Michelin tyres with 90% tread (Cross Climates front, winter rear)

Maintenance wise:-
FSH since new.
Gearbox oil changed this year
Cam chain tensioner changed as a precaution this year (recommended by SLK forum)
Camera inspection of chain gear 2,000m ago all look fine (MB AMG specialist & receipt / photo)
All paperwork
MOT until 2020 - no advisories
.. also has 6 CD changer and Mercedes mats

Car is a 2005 in great condition. One alloy has an edge scrape but anything else is tiny. We took our private plate off and its reverted to the previous plate N55FST. The car passes for a 2010 pre-facelift model as it hides the age.

£5200 o.v.n.o

Any serious questions via PM please - if you could also let me have your mobile number I will text you back.

Very reluctant sale !!!

In no particular order

1. For sale threads are not editable by the poster. If you need a change made, please contact a moderator.
2, Thread should include price, pictures, contact info like email address. Try to not post a phone number.
3. If you have less than 15 posts, you won't be able to reply by pm as newbies won't be able to pm the seller either since they also probably have less than the required 15 posts to do so.
4. Why are threads uneditable? In case of a dispute, the seller cannot go back and say something was X when it was Y, because the seller changed it in his favor.
5. Seller, please post a reply informing us that it sold when someone buys it. Saves folks trawling for cars, only to find that they have gone. Thanks.
