Lidl are running their smart chargers again this week. Lots of people compare them to C-Tek units at a fraction of the price. They even have a 'maintenance' function for all you sissies who store your cars over winter. ;)

I've had one for a few years for charging (no trickling here) and it works fine....

Yeah, good for my bike batteries too. I have a tendency to forget I've put them on charge, and boil them dry. Had an expensive 'Optimax' years ago and it only lasted one season. :(
