Hi,

My girlfriends SLK R170 has had a heater blower unit which is more like asthmatic 40 a day smoker than a fan unit, turning the switch to 5 would cause very little to happen, demisting would take a cloth or old age.

Not wanting to spend large sums of cash on a new motor I found these on ebay:

Thought for £20 worth a try, well after a little bit of sanding down to make them fit and trying to remember how to solder...WOW it's like a brand new motor, I would seriously recommend these to anyone with a tired motor they make a huge difference, and took less than 1 hour to fit..simples!

Just bought the same kit. Hopefully I will get the same result on volume but I have a controller issue as well I think.
