I wish to know whether the power steering of a Mercedes Slc 180 is as smooth as any other types of power steering.
For instance, if you make a right turn the steered wheel return back to normal approximately at 60% but when making a left turn it return back to normal at about 30%.
After a left turn, the driver has to manually return the steered wheel to normal position. Is this an issue or is the power steering in other Slc 180 the same.

Until this post I didn't even know you could get an SLC180. The 200 is the baby of the range in the UK.

I'd guess the steering is the same as any other though? I'd certainly test drive one if you're asking questions like this however!
