IIRC spark plugs every 4 years, pollen (combination filter) and brake fluid every 2 years.
Re oil you need Mb229.3 or 229.5 approval. if it doesn't use oil 0W40 is fine.

IIRC spark plugs every 4 years, pollen (combination filter) and brake fluid every 2 years. My SLK 300 is asking for a Service C. As its out of warranty I plan to just do the basics so thats:
Oil Filter
Air Filter
Oil
The car has just under 80k miles on it now so I was wondering does it need new spark plugs too ? To date it has always have MB dealer servicing so its had the Gearbox fluid change already so this should just be a basic service.
Is there a specific oil or will any fully synthetic 0w40 do ?
I've googled for a service c tick list/schedule but cant find one (possibly my poor google skills!) but as I understand it apart from the oil and filters the rest is inspections.
