Both seat adjustment switches do not work. Checked fuses and both are good, any ideas?

Welcome from Madrid...

+1 on the seat relay...
Hi and welcome from the UK Midlands! :)

I can't add anything to the suggestion that's already been made... hope you get it resolved quickly! :D
Welcome from central Florida. We just (November) got a 2001 SLK 320 (automatic) and the power seats weren't working either. As adrose mentioned, it was bad solders in the seat relay. Our son touched them up, and it works good as new. It is located under the dash just to the left of the steering column. A small black cube that can be pried open and repaired.
