:burnout::Beer:

Please update your location and vehicle (Put Looking!)(year?: 1996-2017,
model?: 32, 200, 230, 250, 280, 300,320,350,55) in your profile as it helps the members
answer your questions which usually are based on that information if you haven’t. This takes about
30 seconds to do.
Follow exactly to update: ‘Usercp’ at the top of page, then ‘edit your details’ on the left side,
‘additional information’ near the bottom, edit your ‘location’ and ‘vehicle’. Info in your garage does
not update your profile.

have probably been asked before. Remember, ‘Search’ is your friend.

new members to obtain your needed posts to PM/edit. You can always pm a moderator.
Want to post a picture? Start a new thread or make a post, click ‘edit’, click on the ‘paper clip’ or
‘advanced’ and/or ‘manage attachments’ then ‘choose file’ then ‘upload’ and ‘submit’! If Iphone

I’m looking for an SLK R170 or R171. Had a 1999 yrs ago. Now that I’m retired looking for an SLK again
Welcome to the forums

You don't specify exactly what you are after and in addition to all the cars out in the wild, there is a R170 for sale here by another forum user. A cherised example at a very good price IMO. For the record, I have no vested interest in the car just that it is a good example and well looked after. Nothing like buying a treasured car that has been loved.

Give it a look :-

The reason that we ask you to update vehicle/location details
is to save repeating the same information every time that you ask a question.

Also, this site is truly worldwide. That can matter when you ask for help and information.

Are you looking for a bonnet, or a hood, a boot, or a trunk? Makes a difference.

Driving on the left, or the right?

Welcome! I love the hunt to find the perfect car. I usually spend months looking and end up traveling quite the distance to get my "perfect" car.

Good luck!

Sounds just like me last year. Went looking for a nice SLK with not too big an engine. Ended up with a 2006 350! Haven't regretted it once. Well maybe paying the £500+ for road tax- ouch! Hope you get a good one. My tip- test EVERYTHING before you buy and drive it lots during the warranty period if you get one!

Hi James, and welcome to SLKWorld.com from the UK Midlands - Thanks for joining us and posting an intro! :)

First please update your profile with your location and vehicle year and model (put something like "Looking for an SLK R170 or R171" for now), if you haven’t already done so, as it helps the members answer your questions which usually are based on that information.
Follow this to update: ‘User CP’ at the top of page, then ‘edit your details’ on the left side, ‘additional information’ near the bottom, edit your ‘location’ and ‘vehicle’ (and then click ‘SAVE CHANGES’ button at the bottom of the page). Info in your garage does not update your profile.

Thank you
