Just for those that may be interested. Here's my results for dragstrip last Saturday. Jliu also showed and I think he posted 11.8 @ 120mph with his Renntech. My results are basically stock.

Also, I had my car professionally weighed at Thunderhill. With a full tank of gas, it weighed 3441lbs. That's without the spare and with stock wheels but slightly larger rear tires. BTW, I believe each gallon of gas weighs 6lbs. Do the math.

With me in the car too, it weighed 3611. I weigh 170lbs with helmet. Corner weight as follows:
LF 977 RF 940
LR 868 RR 826

That equates to 53/47 weight distribution which isn't too bad. It's better than I thought it would be.

I should mention that the weight at Sacramento Raceway (dragstrip) was a little less than what I weighed at Thunderhill. I would figure it around 3550 because I wasn't running a full tank there.

BTW, What calculators do you use? I was wondering if there is a calculation that gave approximate 0-60 times from the 1/4 mile data.

I'll keep working on my reaction times too. I didn't think they were too bad but I could always improve them.

I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the 1/4 mile times- good job!

I may have said this before, but I had a 442 olds that ran 12.50's on NOS.

I can't wait to have comfortable car that can do almost the same thing!

Thanks for the compliments. I question the accuracy of those calculators. I'm no expert but the 7G transmission has to be a factor and I don't think the calculators adjust for that. Anyways, it is a lot of fun getting times like that in a truly comfortable, hard top convertible.
