Rusty wings project
Whilst changing the headlights to nice shiny new Angel Lights, I decided to inspect the inner wings etc, knowing that there are issues which need to be addressed.
So as with a lot of SLK's which are almost 20 years old, the outer wings are showing signs of corrosion, the inner wings are fine but as expected the brackets which hold the outer wings on, just between the headlights and the wheel arch are shot.
As the outer wings are rusty and need replacing, this is the perfect excuse to get some nice new snazzier wings fitted. :grin:

The only problem I have is that the hangers/brackets holding the outer wings on are rusty and definitely need replacing, does anybody know where I can get a replacement set from? I will post photos of them soon.
