Have used Alloygators for many years probably since they were launched & would never own an alloy wheeled car without fitting them. Should they get scuffed the little tool provided allows you to re-profile them & worse case scenario you can fit a new one ( 5 are provided per pack). They are more tiresome to install as they are secured by the tyre & wheel.
RimBlades are simply stuck on & I would need to be convinced they can withstand scuffing without being torn off the wheel itself.
You don't want to make a feature of them so consider carefully before buying coloured ones, best in black or silver if that matches the alloy colour. Have seen a black SLK with red Alloygators, red callipers & red painted bonnet & side fins & the result is just a naff mess more suited to a pimply teenagers Astra.

Definitely worth putting Alloygators on. £90 for a set fitted is a bargain. As oldmercman pointed out, small scuffs can be removed with the tool provided. One thing to watch for if you do get them, is that they stain if wheel cleaner or tyre colour is spilled on them. Otherwise, a great product. :tu:
