Recently, we have a buyer install the H7 LED bulb(this is the item he bought: http://www.ebay.com/itm/301855065928, we install this ebay # [FONT=&#24494]301855065928 to other cars, there is no problem) to mercedes benz, he tested the lights it works really bright and well but the only issues that he encounter when he put the hold chuck to the headlight metal clip then try to insert the bulb. It won't go in it's because of the base of the bulb is rubbing on the metal clip. Please see attached photos.
the metal clip is to hold the bulb in place so will not fall off. He said he will make it work probably will bent the clip or make his own clip to improvise.
Then he do like he said and install it in the car, but the only problem he noticed since the light base is kind a heavy also the H7 design metal clip to hold the bulbs it shake and moved a lot specially road bumps and engine vibration.
We ask him to check the hold chuck is install correct or not, because we check in our side, if this hold chuck not install correct, it may cause the problem like he said.

So we want to ask does anyone has same problem to replace LED bulb like that buyer?
Will the bulb shape and moved?

Now we also have another new H7 bulb, the bulb base is a little smaller than above one, check photos at below link, we think this one will be better,

I've just installed a set and it was ok, but it wasn't in original headlights so the fixture was a bit different !

I did need cancellors for the canbus errors though....

But I think they look great !

First impressions are that they're as good or better than standard and look much better, but I must emphasize that these fitted my Spyder headlights as they have the "Spring wire" form of fixing/holding the bulb in place, I'm not sure that they could be used with the OEM fitting due to the size of the ventilator section of the led bulb.

I've only had them in for a day, so I can't give a full report yet, not having driven at night on dark roads....

In case anyone's interested, these are the bulbs I have:

Can you send us some photos of your bulb place?
As you said the fixture is a little different? Our e-mail is [email protected]

http://www.slkworld.com/slk-r171-general-discussion/172562-new-led-cree-4800lm-6000k-headlight-bulb.html
Hope it can help !

I didn't have any problem with the fixing, I did need cancellors for the canbus errors though....
That being said, here is the Bulbs that I used. They have a removable base which helps a lot in the assembly.
