Yeah, same here in Cornwall. :(

Done the pulley upgrade like you did Clown and yet I can't take the car out for a spin because it is too wet and slippery. I also have a brand new custom stainless steel midsport exhaust, which I can't listen to with the lid down, because of the rain.

I know what you mean. I commute during the week so can't take advantage of sunny weekdays. I just get glum at the weekend hoping the sun will shine and finding it's overcast, wet or foggy. We've been on one proper trip where the top was in the boot since buying the car in November.

Mind you. Really looking forward to the spring

[QUchillyOTE=clown;2587465]Hi all, ?

Anyone else feeling really glum at the moment?

Really missing having the roof down ?

Can't wait till spring / finer weather comes.

Yours,
Mopey of Saarbrücken.[/QUOTE]

Chilly and rain even in North Florida, but we know it will be warm and sunny soon

You people are killing me ! Although it is quite pleasant here today at plus 2C (36 for our American friends) that is 14 degrees higher than our normal daytime high for this time of year, thank you El Nino ! Forecast for the middle of next week is a daytime high of minus 13C (9 F) and a low of minus 17C (2 F). I walk by my car pretty much everyday in the garage and dream about the weather turning nicer and being able to drive it. I need to move ! :| lol

...spring is around the corner.... Well, I live in Oulu Finland, 65○ north. Spring may be around the corner but the corner is still far far away... Well, at least it was warmer today than couple of weeks ago (-28 C). Seriously, I bought the SLK in late october and this has been the longest winter ever :-(

Well I got out today but too much in the trunk to be able to get the top down.

Rain is forecast tomorrow but we'll see what we can do.

68 yesterday with bright sunshine here in the Northwest Georgia mountains..........lol.....and what was I doing, spreading gravel/clay mixture into a mud hole that has developed over the last year from me cleaning out the mule poop around the hay feeder. Never told you the stories of me training mules for trail riding.......Anyway, there I was happily chugging along bucket load after bucket load watching the mating dances of the bluebirds flitting through the trees.........when POP I broke a hydraulic line and hydro fluid goes everywhere.......

Needless to say, I was a bit put off as I needed to finish the job before the next round of monsoons hit on Monday........It's 11:55 and my tractor dealer closes at 12..........I call the car parts outfit in town and yes, they can make me a hose and fixe me right up with no problem....OH, they close at 1.......It's a job for SUPER CAR. I get up to the barn, whip off the cover to the SLK. Get the wrenches and take off the hydro hose and it's 12:25. No problem, it's a sunny day, the top goes down, and everything happens for a reason, don't ya know??? So fantastic to get the part, drive through Krystal's for a 4 burger combo with a coke while Elvis is doin "BURNIN LOVE" the 4th time on replay at 128 db.....I took the interstate to town; but for this bright sunny day, gonna take the 39 mile back road over the mountain to get home.....God is so good to me......Dennis
