When we docked in Portsmouth last week, I used the window washer for the first time since we'd been away and it absolutely stank. Completely rancid. I just assumed that with being parked in hot sun for three weeks, the liquid in the screen wash thing had turned rancid so I washed loads of it through and topped it up again with concentrated screenwash.

It still stinks and I'm getting a whiff of it when I use the air conditioning or heater. It's like suphur.

Any ideas?

Welcome back!!

Check the pollen filter on your HVAC inlet - renowned for festering & causing strange smells.

Thank you! I will investigate. The husband said that somebody on the TT forum he uses had similar issues and that was a pollen filter problem.

(It's marginally worse than my teenage daughter's wind issues....)

Hahah! As it happens, after yet another moped breakdown yesterday, I had to pick up the BO teen. She's the twin to the fart teen. I am blessed.
