Yesterday was a bad day for me, I stayed at home due to the bad visibility the Sand Storm produced in which the sky was litrely full of Dark Red Sand blown in from Africa. I was really bored sitting like a couch potatoe and watching Tv, wanting the weather to clear up a bit so I could go out and walk and get a my regular Moccachinno Skimmed milk with no Cream on top coffee.

Eventually Later on at night the weather got better and I went out to get my self a Cup of coffee and decided to take some pictures for you guys.

My Dusty Designo Mocha Black SLK55 AMG

I am worried that it would take me an hour or two just to detail the SLK55 back to perfection.

Around 11 am, notice how bad the visibility is !

Grey clouds indicating even more rainfall!

My Cayenne S all washed up from the rain:tu: , quiet beneficial no need to clean it the next day and saves day to day water expenditures!:biglaugh:

Today morning, Zut notice the special order Yellow CL600 I encountered today:tu:

Right now looking at the sky, I am expecting the same routine we had yesterday because its overcast:(

 MA, couldn't imagine having to contend with sand storms. Sand must accumulate everywhere in and on a vehicle. What problems does it cause with vehicles and other machinery?

I am glad we don't see flying sand in Bangkok. Though the rain is bad enough to keep me inside.

Wow!

What happened? All of a sudden a bunch of photos that I posted yesterday (and I figured were lost in today's crash) reappeared....but, not in the place they should have been. Weird!

No problems with the cars with sand, If I had a Ferrari or Lamborghini the dust might accumilate on the air intake at the back of the car.

Since the SLK and XKR are front engined, no problems!

dust is bad for the eyes and not good for the car, you constantly have to clean it with time the car looses its shine and in need of a polish.

I dont know whats wrong with the forum but Ive been constantly attacked with Thailand pics:)

How did my photos get into your mail? Is it a fault with something on the server....because they were photos that were sent yesterday and supposedly 'lost' in the crash. I did not resend them.

This must be the first time ever, in the history of the world, that Ireland is not raining and it is elsewhere in the world!!!!
Those sandstorms look emntal, i couldn't comprehend that. There has been times that sand would even get carried here from the Sahara and i would wake up with sand over my cra, but that is like once a year thing and there is very little sand.

Oh dears my gypsy blood is bubbling!

Concentration, concentration. I can see a tent in a garden. I can see people dancing in there. I can here music. I can smell the meat from a big barbecue. I can read our invitation. It´s from...from...from Kuwait. Wait...here, yes, now, I´ve got it: Alroumi, Mohammed "To my friends of SLKworld."

Mohammed, my glass bowl never lies! Thank you. You´re the greatest!

May be better not to pass the Iraq. Could be that we would miss the party. Better to fly and to rent some SLK in Kuwait.

The main important questions now: How is owner of a plane? Where is Mr. Sixt or Mr. Budget here at SLKworld? Mohammed, dont worry if you dont have the possibilty to join us on your party. The wallpapers are not the newest, the carpets are old and: We leave coffee for you.
