Registered 1997 SLK230 Kompressor
My 1997 has done over 240,000 km and had quite a stumble on tickover. I changed the MAF and it ran wonderfully smoothly. However I hadn't properly located the top hose after the MAF which came free. Car ran very roughly for 5 minutes and stopped as i was parking up. Refitted hose and now it runs so very badly at tickover with constant surging. I can't see the MAF having been damaged. Any suggestion please?
