My 2015 SLK has a pano roof which you can see through and this is stated on its options list and the price . Now I know of the Pano roof I know of the magic sky pano (pano with electron blind ) and I have heard of the fixed glass roof as far as I know blacked out glass roof with liner . But today I was told by a MB salesman that a Pano roof has a tilt function and opens slightly .
Is this correct mine just lets in the sun I think.

From 2015 brochure:

The standard Panorama roof includes
a heat-rejecting tinted overhead panel. Or opt for MAGIC
SKY CONTROL® and you can darken the roof at the touch
of a button. Its innovative glass panel is embedded with
magnetic particles that are normally scattered, blocking light.
When current is applied, they line up to let light pass.

From 2016 brochure:same thing

so that salesman was on drugs methinks :D

He's confusing it with the pano roof on A, B, C, E, G, M, S and R class cars, all of which at least tilt and many many open very wide indeed.

But yours just opens completely.

AND THAT IS BETTER!!!!
