This car is selling for more than $20,000 with 6.5 days left in the auction. Really? This proves to me that I don't know a darned thing about vintage cars. Nothing!

Barn Finds :soap:

I've been in a lot of barns in the last 50 years and have not discovered even one "barn find." This is obviously a city term! Barns are for livestock! Machine sheds are for newer "rolling stock" and implements. Farmers pull old worn out machinery to the edge of the woods and let it rust down in peace.

Gregg, that is what the Farmer did. He let the 190Sl Rust in Peace till some City Slicker found it underpaid the Farmer and now makes a pretty $$.:tu:

Wow that could be amazing following full restoration but in the meantime it's gonna take a helloffa lot of time and money for some dedicated individual !!

I call it a Basket Case. The Car is now at 24.350 lets say it will hit 30k you need another 60k to restore it why why why??? when you can find a clean 190Sl between 70 and 85K turn Key ready.
