Can anyone offer some advice to a new SLK owner, everything fine when we picked it up roof has been up and down a few time. Now when I put the roof up the passenger side rear window wont come up, any help would be very much appreciated. Also where can I find out which fuses serve what?

Thanks in anticipation

fuse locations are in your manual i believe and also try a search here for posts on the fuse boxes.

Try the close roof switch twice in quick succession. Also try resetting each front window by opennig all the way an then holding all the way closed until the relay releases.

It may possibly not be electrical.

When the rear window is fully down, there is still a corner sticking up.
Try getting an assistant to raise the windows normally while you pull on this corner, just in case it has stuck.
Careful of your fingers while roof is closing!

Thanks for the suggestions it turned out that the regulator had broken, now replaced and all working fine. I found the fuse box layout in a much earlier reply to a question asked. Mine was definitely missing and not in the handbook.
fuse locations not in your manual?
page 188 and 189 of 2000 (earliest version on 230 i could find)

Fuses

I was obviously not given the same manual, I have got a ring binder with six small booklets in it for security system, driving, interior, exterior, radio/audio and service booklet, no wonder I am getting confused. I found a layout from a much earlier post on here which was very useful. The window turned out to be the regulator, all fixed now so hoping to enjoy some good weather to be able to use it. Thanks for your help though, much appreciated.:)
