Any folks interested in meeting up for a spot of lunch?

Thinking of setting something up for March/April on a weekend day.
No definite idea where yet, kind of depends on level of interest as to size of car park needed.

Midlands group get together from time to time. Thought there may be enough of us locally to try the same.

Absolutely. It could be shiny, wet or even sunny March/April.

This is more about gauging interest.

Date wise it's starting to look like either weekends of

12th or 13th March

or

19th or 20th March.

Saturdays are probably better, but Sundays could be made to work.

Location wise I'm thinking somewhere with easy access to M6 for those in the Midlands having that as a route option to save journey time, should they need to.

Turning into a bit of a Midlands outing, this one.

Wonder if there's a plot to shame the west coast into a Midlands meet?

I've currently got things pencilled in for both those weekends. Got a couple of friends both with big Birthdays, a 30th and a 40th.

Davie, Col sorry to hear that.

If all goes well and folk enjoy it I'll look at doing one in the autumn weekends wise.

Maybe a weekday one in the summer. Which will probably be easier to add a drive to.
