I had to look up where to find the fuses on my SLK today and came across this forum so thought I'd join.

I have a 1998, SLK230. I just had it touched up with some new paint and tires/rims. I got 19" Mandrus Millenium Chrome Staggered 235/35/19 and 265/30/19.

Love my car and feels like I'm driving a go-kart :)

Glad I found this forum as on occasion I need help/advice from those who know these cars. I just want to drive it not fix it ;)

Welcome and greetings from the Poconos in Pennsylvania USA!
I share your feelings as I also liken my driving experience driving the slk 320 to driving a go kart in steroids!!

I'm having problems with my rear left brake light. Whenever I go over a bump it seems to disengage and doesn't work. Drives me batty as my light is always on telling me a bulb is burnt out. The minute I set it back in and go over a bump it pops out again. I looked to see if there was a recall but not seeing it for my model. I've tried different bulbs and that doesn't work either, any idea how to fix this?
