Hi guys,
First post here, but ive had my 230 for a few years now, with no real problems, till yesterday..

Went out in it fine, came back in, went back to it a few hours later and the central locking didn't work, but then the key wouldn't open the door either..

Inside the two buttons are flashing (the central looking and boot button?) simultaneously..

Ive changed the fob batteries etc since, and still doesn't make any change.. I cant even open the boot with the key?

Any suggestions? I cant even get into the car to do anything with it, luckily its outside the house, but its gonna become a problem as it's gonna cost me money in taxi's..

Anything i should be checking for?

How old is car battery?
Get it tested and probably replace it
Issues with locking are usually the pse being wet

Haven't had the battery changed since having it, but never indicated it's ever struggled, but the weathers obviously been very wet and cold.

My problem being, i cant get into the car to get under the bonnet, Otherwise id be able to change the battery etc, cant get into the boot to check pse (that id read was sometimes a problem)..

Is there no physical way of resolving this? The fact the key wont open the door confuses me the most? Is this controlled electrically too?

Ive done all the searching for what i could think, and couldn't see anything about the two 'blinking' middle console lights, obviously a locksmith is a last case scenario for me if it involves changing a lock..

Ive tried all the keys, from the main one, to the one thats a 'backup' on the card central locking fob, none of them turn in the door or the boot.
