And we do like OOONMMMPPPHHHH for sure!

I did belt and squeaky pulleys car runs tighter and perhaps somewhat less flatter power wise still subtle vibration but then again it could be my very optimistic imagination .... I'm also sure the car runs faster after each wash and wax!

Next up is to check exhaust system and then motor mounts to see if they are the vibration culprit.

I'll be giving it a good thrashing through Mt beauty, Bright, the Black Spur, and Great Ocean Road over Christmas and summer holidays so watch for a silver SLK350 with NSW plates in your rear view ... just before it passes!

Thx peZ. I'll do a test on my battery too to check output.

dude engine mounts cause the vibration and they are meant to be changed every so often .. i had a bad clunk over bumps and vibration when idling in reverse , changed the mounts and all good ..
glad you are sorting out your beast....
great ocean rd , watch out as i may be hurling past you .. we should organise a catch up and compare ,, even try and organise a car run over the break

let me know how you go with the battery
