Hi all,
I need ideas for my ”winter project 2013/2014” on my SLK 230 2001 model.

Done so far:
  • · Installed a bigger 214 mm (OEM 192 mm) crank pulley
  • · Installed smaller 69 mm (OEM 72 mm) supercharger pulley
  • · Ported & polished and change the bearings on Eaton M45 supercharger (one of the few out there)
  • · Removed the baffler in the supercharger intake
  • · Ported & polished supercharger inlet manifold
  • · Installed FireStorm ignition coil booster
  • · Installed a new grill
  • · Installed projector headlight
  • · Changed the whole engine loom
  • · Changed recirculating air flap
  • · Changed second air valve
  • · Changed both 02-sensors
  • · Removed and cleaned the intake manifold
  • · Changed transmission-oil, engine oil, coolant, fuelfilter, sparkplugs and so on….
Will do during the winter:
  • · Repaint the interior and the leather seats
  • · Change blower regulator
  • · Change hydraulic roof piston seals (prevention)
Thinking of building my on “cold-air-system”

But then………?????? ........Need ideas....:hail:
