I have found this sight for all of you that are not sure what type of alloy's to put on your car.

It has a picture of the SLK R170 and R171 ( Not checked for the R172) and basically you pick the alloys and it shows you what they will look like ! saves you buying them first !

They have a nice configurator, I found two set that look nice on my car. I also found two TSW dealers barely a mile away from my house. Nice find.

Your very welcome pleased I could help.

I'm 50/50 weather to get some new alloys ( I do like the 20 spoke alloys ) or do I keep the originals. :tazz:

Probably not your taste but I think the bronze wheels might look interesting on your car as it might compliment the interior and bronze can work on a white car. Not something you see everyday and I would not have considered it until I looked at the bronze on white.
