I think I'll change my last name by deed poll
As Skynyrd sang

Bernard, no one knows back pain unless you've experienced it as you and I have. I had the surgery, L4/5 Discectomy that fortunately was successful! Because I am in business for myself I didn't take the time to go to physical therapy afterwards, so now I really have to pamper my back. Once or twice each year I will "overdue" it and end up looking like a 90yr. old man. And I talked to one woman that had herniated a disk and had surgery, had open heart surgery and given birth to 4 children. She said the pain from the disck was the worst by far!

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Advil works best for me!
