While it may be useful for spraying insecticide or disinfectant, I fill it with distilled water. After a full bucket wash and rinse, i have to work fast to avoid water spots. If I miss a spot, this and a microfiber towel does the trick. I use it for the final wipe-down before the ceramic coating.

I think it might be more that it's "hard" water rather than drying too fast? I have the same issue: wash in shade but still get spots because of the crappy water we have here (heavy mineral content).

Yes, the well water here is very hard. That and the extremely low humidity and high heat makes it a challenge even inside the hangar.
